Eve's Yoga Move Of The Month - November

As you know, each month we feature a 'Yoga Move of the Month' in each Eves Parcel. We aim to promote and inspire you to practice self care and well being - even if it is for 5 minutes a day! Yoga increases toning and flexibility, improves posture, lowers stress and improves your mood, making you ready for anything that comes your way each day.

Also known as Uttanasana, the forward fold is a calming posture that lengthens the hamstrings and activates the inner leg muscles.

Eve's Tried & Tested: Infrared Sauna

One thing we have been dying to try for such a long time here at Eve's Parcel was an infrared sauna. We have read so much about them, and the idea of it just sounded so good. First of all, we love being warm (especially this time of year). Secondly, anything that really forces my body to sweat it out without having to go to the gym is a yes in our books!
